นโยบายนี้ใช้กับค่าสมาชิก Qlassly ที่ครูจ่ายให้ Qlassly เท่านั้น ค่าเรียนและแพ็กเกจที่นักเรียนจ่ายให้ครู เป็นเรื่องระหว่างนักเรียนกับครูโดยตรง

This policy covers only the Qlassly plan that teachers pay Qlassly for. Class and pack payments from students go to the teacher and are between the student and the teacher.

Every teacher gets every feature free for 30 days with no card needed, so you can try it fully before paying.

ราคาและการต่ออายุ · Price and renewal

รายเดือน 590 บาท หรือรายปี 5,900 บาท จ่ายล่วงหน้าทุกรอบ

ถ้าผูกบัตรไว้ ระบบจะตัดเงินอัตโนมัติเมื่อถึงรอบใหม่ และแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า ยกเลิกการต่ออายุได้ทุกเมื่อที่หน้าตั้งค่า ใช้ได้จนจบรอบที่จ่ายไว้

590 THB a month or 5,900 THB a year, paid in advance for each period.

With a card saved, each new period is charged automatically and you're reminded beforehand. Cancel renewal any time in Settings; your plan keeps working until the paid period ends.

การคืนเงิน · Refunds

ค่าสมาชิกที่จ่ายแล้ว ทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี ไม่คืนเงิน ยกเลิกแล้วใช้ต่อได้จนจบรอบที่จ่ายไว้

แต่เราคืนเต็มจำนวน ถ้าถูกตัดเงินซ้ำ ถูกตัดผิดยอด หรือถูกตัดหลังยกเลิกแล้ว แจ้งภายใน 30 วัน

Monthly and yearly plan payments aren't refunded. After cancelling, your plan keeps working until the paid period ends.

We refund in full if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, when you tell us within 30 days.

อีเมลมาที่ hello@qlassly.com บอกชื่อสตูดิโอและวันที่จ่าย เราตอบภายใน 3 วันทำการ

จ่ายด้วยบัตร คืนเข้าบัตรใบเดิม (ธนาคารอาจใช้เวลา 7–30 วัน) จ่ายด้วยการโอน คืนเข้าบัญชีที่โอนมา

Email hello@qlassly.com with your studio name and payment date. We reply within 3 business days.

Card payments are refunded to the same card (your bank may take 7–30 days). Transfers are refunded to the account they came from.
